His extensive ticketing and all‑round operational experience, combined with a proven ability to coordinate and operate a wide range of equipment, make him a key asset to our 24/7 hotshot operations. Reliable, safety‑driven, and highly adaptable, Hadi ensures every task is completed efficiently and to standard. His leadership is defined by professionalism, clear communication, and a strong work ethic, supporting fast‑turnaround delivery and seamless field operations across Western Australia.
Ayesha Serin
As the Managing Director of WestOz Express, an Aboriginal‑owned 24/7 hotshot transport business, Ayesha leads with a strong foundation in care, accountability, and operational discipline shaped by her background in nursing. She brings proven experience in team coordination, service management, and delivering time‑critical solutions under pressure. Ayesha’s leadership is hands-on, culturally grounded, and focused on safety, reliability, and clear communication. She drives a high‑performance team that delivers fast, dependable transport services while building trusted relationships with clients across Western Australia.

I chose to feature artwork crafted by my brother to symbolise deep family connection and the belief in second chances. Beside it, we have included a traditional Hazara symbol to pay homage to Hadi’s heritage and his journey to Australia.
